I think i am in love with my bro in law.

would never do anything about it, wouldnt , just wouldnt go there to much to lose, to many people would get hurt.

i dont know about the intimate thing but i would i say that you can love someone without being intimate with them.

but no ur right its just lust and the excitement of what if.

You sounds like you've got it sorted in your own mind, which is good.
If you love your dh, why not try and rekindle things a bit with him and that would fill any void that you are filling with thoughts of your bil.
