I need to start taking contraception. I've not used any for years (hasn't been needed) so now I don't know what to go for.
I don't fancy the coil or anything that's going to be left inside me etc ...
Can anyone give any advice on what's available before I book an apointment? I don't want to look completely clueless when I go.
