Any tips on getting 'the spark' back.

Money is at a premium at the minute with little to spare, dh works long hours and I work 5 days a week.

We have 2 dd's but we cannot get a babysitter. I feel that the romance is well and truly gone within our relationship and would like some ideas

No baths together etc (won't fit in door together). No sex drive at min (i'm a bit low etc).

I just need to have some romance etc

How about having a 'date' at home? Get the dds to bed, get a bag of cheap tealights from Ikea or the supermarket and light lots of them (saves on heating, it's amazing how much heat a roomful of candles generates) - have a romantic dinner together with candles, music, bottle of wine, talk to each other about yourselves, about the music, about whatever interests you. It'll be romantic and just don't worry about your sex drive.

How about ....

Cooking lovely meal together ie new recipe

Going to bed earlyish and then sharing a bottle of wine and chatting/having a giggle

Preparing a box of things you know he'll love (chocs, his fave magazine, one of those groovy new durex vibi ring things}

Oh and how about some little notes hiddeen in his wallet telling him how much you love him

Will have a think for some more but feel free to rubbish any of the above if they maynot be suitable for you and your dh
