I had to ask for this thread to be deleted. Thank you SO MUCH to all who posted and who I didn't get to say thanks to individually. The thread may be gone but your words and advice is still in my mind and will remain so.

I hope you're okay, I understand why it was necessary to delete the thread. Good on you for remembering the wise words on there! Stay strong

(By the way, I'm sure there are MNers you would be happy to CAT you if you need any advice or support, but feel unable to post details on here at the present time...)
