My dh has a mad aunt who is a teacher so always visits in the school holidays with the inls'. It's only 6/7 weeks since xmas and she's visiting again this weekend

Does anyone else get this? What are your survival tips?

Write it all down and then use for material in your novel!!!

that sounds a good idea, i shall think about that when she visits.

I'm quite looking forward to it now

What's mad about her?

bigboydiditandranaway · 15/02/2009 20:57

oh everything, she witters on and on and doesn't think before she speaks, so generally causes some upset.

Her and inl's all will want centre stage(as they're all teachers it does feel like you're back in the classroom)

No. I'd do decorating so there's nowhere for them to stay. Convert the spare room into a study. Either that or be busy with hobbies on weekends.
