Hope you are feling a bit better today. I've not had depression, but someone in our household has had it and it is heartbreaking to watch them suffer. They are really on the mend now, having had hepl from the right people and their life appears to be back on track, in some ways, even better than before the depression hit. There were times I worried about similar things to what your DH was worried about in your last thread. I know he will appreciate all you are trying to do for him, just as me and DH are appreciative of the things our beloved one does to let us know how much our support has been appreciated.

Anyway, i am rambling. I hope your reading was good for you and that it signals a new,and better era in your life.

I had a card which fortold of a friend who would need my shoulder to cry on. She would be broken hearted and i had to tell her that it was meant to be and that it was for the best. At the time I had no idea who this could be but I just realised that it must hav been you. So take some reassurance that all this was meant to be but i dont know how it ends sorry. I dont know whether you believe in things like that i was always sceptical but since i hav hav a few readings now and seen my friends hav them i realise how accurate they can be. Sometimes it can just give you some reassurance or foresight, maybe it would be worth looking up a medium for a personal reading. Just a thought x

Same here. I know if OM really wanted me he would change his circumstances and be with me and the fact that he isn't doing so is hard to face.

It's funny you should say that you feel angry being so pathetic because I feel that way too. I am the strongest, most confident woman you could ever meet, self sufficient with a good circle of friends and yet I am completely unable to get this man out of my head and I hate myself for being this way. I have never had these type of feelings for anyone before (and I'm 40 next week) can't imagine life without him. I don't want to feel this way.

I don't have underlying depression issues like you so can't even blame that - although did have a crap, emotionally abusive childhood. I have had therapy for those issues several times and they are far behind me now.

I don't have a DH but I know what you mean when you say the OM is stopping you from being 'totally with' your DH because I have a couple of men I date fairly regulary, I can't offer them anything while my heart is elsewhere.

Am today thinking about hypnosis as a final resort

Have cried twice already today.

Can't talk to DH as he is so busy at work and there isn't anything to say anyway.

I wouldn't wish what you are going through on my worst enemy.

I would try writing it all down and reading it back to yourself. Do this, amending and editing as you go until you have poured it all out. It certainly helped me.
