URGENT ADVICE PLEASE............How do you know if He fancies me?

Urgent help needed please....I like this guy, but only just met him, I am due to see him later to drop a document off at his office, I know him in a professional capacity but we have exchanged a few emails to discuss said document and he's been quite friendly, and I just get this feeling he may like me too but not sure? Maybe he's just being nice because thats how he has to be in his job? Anyway any suggestions on how to suss out his thoughts about me from studying his body language? or any suggestions on what I could say without making it obvious that I fancy him? (((I want to keep my dignity intact!))) Also not sure if he has someone already?

Ask what he did at the weekend.. when he tells you if he hasn't already mentioned either way say "oh, with your partner?" or something appropriate that enquires as to whether or not he's attached

it is hard isnt it when you've been out of it for a while!
IMO theres alot to be said for the eyes as the way he looks at you will say everything!
why not look online at some womens/dating sites they should point you in the right direction

Hi saw this person last night and reading his body language I think there maybe something there! He waited for me to turn up although he didn't need to as one of his colleagues could have taken the document. He didn't want to end the conversation really and asked me about my weekend, what I got up to etc etc and kept looking at me. This morning I got into work and he sent me an email thanking me for dropping this document off to his office and also added "it was good to see you again. Apologies for not having much time to spend with you however it was manic.
Hope to speak soon". Anyway we will see what happens next....!

Agree - smile and be nice, but remember that if he fancies you he will chase you, so don't try too hard...I think, that's what they say anyway!

we've been emailing each other for the last hours or so! seriously though I know I've must play it cool, don't want to look easy now do I its exciting though and nice!

...did I say that? I probably did actually because that is how I have been feeling so this has happened a bit sooner then I expected it to so I'm just enjoying the flirting for the moment and will move forward very slowly!

Yes you are right and will be taking it easy. I do have my vunerable days, especially after clearing out the remainder of my stuff from the house at the weekend. This guy has opened up to me a little about his own situation, although his marriage ended quite a while ago, but anyway it is early days and if anything does happen I will be taking things very slowly and if he doesn't like that then tough!

Well I should have guessed it was too good to be true! me and NM exchanged so many emails yesterday and then he called me last night, then this morning he sends me a "hello" email so we carry on chatting until he emails me to say "Just to keep you fully up to date I?ve recently started seeing someone so being friends is cool but you need to know the full picture at my end" so I was really pissed off but thought well at least he's told me now so I replied "Thats fine, thanks for letting me know", then he sends an email saying "I feel really bad now", and I'm thinking well yeah, why lead me on you twat! but I kept my cool and said "Why? its cool", so he replies "because i really like you", wtf does he want me to say? I do feel upset but at least nothing happened so....guess I shouldn't have expected anything!

Well ask him if that means he want's to keep you as a friend or second reserve? FWIW, it sounds like cake and eat it to me - maybe I'm a touch cynical though.
