Technical question: can a woman "fuck" a man?

So...can you say "I want to fuck you?" Ha ha, sorry for such a trite question but my friend and I were arguing about it today. She said only men could fuck women, and not vice versa.

There is disagreement over the definition of a fuck. Depends on your pov, taken as just a crude way of saying sex, sure its possible.

@Cainyp909 I don’t know if you’re a man or a woman but I think you’re not logical because If “penetration”= fucking with that logic anything that enters you, for example a lens in your eye, is fucking you, and no one in their right mind thinks like that. Most agree that “fucking” is sex, so yes women can of course fuck men when she’s the active one and on top.

In common use, being fucked implies someone is passive (or being penetrated), fucking implies they are active / doing something to someone, so while stereotypes about how people have sex may imply men fuck/ woman are fucked that isn't always the case.

If a man was (for example) blindfold and restrained at an orgy and a woman was on top having PIV I think most people would agree she was fucking him.
