why do so many men not end relationships properly???

Its just one of those many questions that me and my girlfriends often mull over...

Because they are cowardly two timing selfish twonks.

Women would rather endure twenty minutes awkward conversation required to end a relationship so that they can move on without a bad feeling on their conscience. Men just want to avoid the twenty minutes of awkwardness. I presume.

There are several different potential answers to this. Some people are bad at ending relationships so they get all passive-agressive in the hope of annoying the other person into being the one who says 'You're chucked!'. Some would do anything to avoid confrontation so they just drift off and disappear.
Mind you, some people are awfully quick to assume that they are in a relationship when the other person thinks it was just a couple of dates or a shag or two and no big deal, but they aren't interested in pursuing it further so they just don;t initiate contact again.

Nobody likes to be the bad guy but women are better at doing the dirty work. Ironically men think they must be kind and caring to not want to hurt someone face-to-face but actually they are just thinking about how it makes themsleves feel. Women know that ripping a plaster off is less painful in the longrun than pulling a bit off at a time.
