If I never feel like sex and can't be bothered but do use my ann summers thingy and can be bothered, does this mean my libido is fine but i just dont fancy my dh?

oh, and i also sometimes fantasise about other men, not really ones i know just kind of dream ones? Have i lost the plot

No - it means you fancy a buzz but not a banging (sorry). I know exactly how you feel. I love & fancy DH but sometimes I'm only in the mood for a little 'self-comfort'.
