Should I stay with DH?

OK...he's a nice guy. not a great dad though...would prefer to be playing golf or watching rugby to hanging out with DD. He looks after me to a certain extent. But no sex...that is somehow off the agenda (all down to him as I am very sexual). He irritates me now (married 11 years) and all his mannerisms, etc. just make me want to cringe.

The big question: should I just suck this up for my dd (age 9) or move on? I just don'tknow, but I feel very little for this man apart from a few shared experiences. I am 44. Is this really the best thing to do or should I take a lover (I actually have one already as my DH has quit sex for the last year for no aparent reason) Would love to hav yr oponions.

If he won't have sex with you and isn't a good dad either, what are the advantages of staying with him? Do you think he wants to stay with you? Or not particularly?

I would have a go at making it work first, if. find the route of the problem I suppose. Not good to leave it as it is though as neither of you can be happy with it. When did the sex go?

Don't stay together for the sake of it, but I wouldn't give up unless one of you had already strayed, or other problems like violence or mental torture.
