please tell me it will get better and some positive stories!!!

my h left to work in scotland on monday..and has told me last night he is leaving and has a flat,he has been planning this for weeks,at the same time as filling me full of rubbish
i feel used and upset,he had cheated and i forgave him ,but i was just a stop gap,now he is trying to be civil and making arrangements for our 3 dc,i feel left behind and unwanted,while he starts a new life

please say it gets better!

Oh, poor you! That really is a crappy thing to do to you.

I don't have any experience of this myself but it will get better - you must allow yourself a period of feeling rubbish but remember that if he cares that little for you, you're much better off without him.

You must be in complete shock
I've been there (sort of) and it does get better, but it's a long slow process. Give yourself lots of time to grieve, and be gentle on yourself.
