I found out a few weeks ago that i am pregnant for the 3rd time. We have been trying for a while but DH seemed to be shocked when i told him.

We have been rowing constantly for the past week

He has just texted me to say he isn't coming home and that he will call round at the weekend to collect his things.

Thats it really, not expecting any solutions but needed to tell someone

for you.

Do you have any RL friends you can call & cry on their shoulder?

If you need legal advice (and I realise it's too soon to think of that right now), stick something over on the legal section & I'll keep an eye out for it (I'm a divorce lawyer btw).

Any chance at all you can get him to Relate?

You poor love. You are obviously very upset and confused right now, and need a shoulder to cry on. Don't really know what to say but hopefully DH may have got his head sorted out by the weekend and then you need to have a bloody good talk. Why was shocked when you told him you were pregnant if you had been trying for a while?

What have the rows been about ?

I don't understand why he would just up and leave.

ambercat · 13/11/2008 18:59

Why was he so shocked if you had been trying?

You really need to speak to him, what does he plan to do? never come home?

You poor thing, its so hard, you are the pregnant, tired and emotional one and you are left to deal with your other children while he just walks away.

Really hope you can resolve this

husband walked out two weeks after meeting someone on facebook and moved in with her.

How terrible for you. What do you want to happen? Do you think him leaving is best for all or are you wanting him to stay?
