Dh has quite a stressful job and has difficult parents but trying to get him to de-stress is stressing me out!

Any tips on helping him to exercise pls.

Find out what sort of exercise he likes:

sport of some sort (football, tennis etc)
walking (cheap and can work off a lot of calories if uphill)
weights (make your garage into a gym?)
running
swimming
gardening (can be quite strenuous and gets a job done too, if you have a garden. Or you could rent an allotment.)

Get WII fit - DH had NEVER done any exercise till we got one. Then praise him with abandon when he uses it and let him have a few high scores.

Or relocate the fridge to the outer hebrides

You could go for nice country walks at the weekend as a family - exercise and de-stressing in one!

Frequent vigorous sex?

best to play sport together: so tennis or walking/jogging together. Lunch time jogs at work?
