I don't have this problem myself but I do have a very good friend who has infact when I first read your post I wondered if it was her ,but actually in her case it is more that the younger one is dominated by the others ,it is very difficult for him to have his own identity because whtaever he does they have always done before him x2.

Sorry can't really offer any advice but just wanted you to know that you are not alone
