How do I trace my half Brother I've not seen or had contact for 20years?

He moved from the UK to Canada when I was 8.
I know there was a lot of things said to him by his Mum to turn him against my Dad and that any cards and presents used to get returned to us
Dad hasn't talked about him for years and Mum doesn't either.

I know I've always wanted to re-establish contact and my sister does too, even if this means we keep it from Dad if that's what we have to do.

How do I go about locating him?

facebook? Friends reunited?

Salvation army? Are they international?

Not tried the SA yet.
