marriage is finish...we are getting paper ready...for divorce......
one minute say he will sign one minute say no...

anyway...rows continuosely in front of ds 4years old...
he still haven't found an house...
he doesn't seem to understand that it's worst and painful stay in the same house...we are renting........

law is mother and son stay in the house...
I don't want to kick him out....

but it's no CIVIL ANYMORE...we hate each other,,,

Sounds like he hasn't accepted it's actually happening.

I don't think it is the law that says you need stay put unless you own in which case it is in your best interest to do so. Have you been to CAB or solicitor for advice ?

if the house is in joint names he is legally entitled to stay ?

let your solicitor try to sort it out

ds he's happy in the house....it's a bit shocking to do that..........

It won't be amicable, after all isn't there someone else involved. He has as much right to stay as you if hte tenacny is joint. You said on another thread you don't like the idea of your ds seeing you with the other man there, so perhaps a fresh start would be better.

have you been seeing someone else, or am i thinking of someone else? if so, am not surprised your DH is not being amicable

you need to let the lawyers deal with it if you cannot do this together
