What will happen if I move away as I am a single mum and father does not see my son much and no maintenance is paid. Will he still have the right to see him and he says he will stop me from moving! please help!

I don't think he can stop you from moving away.

If he gets access that doesn't stop you moving away. You are the primary carer and you can live where you like.

Men say stuff like this to try and get you to do things the way they want.

Why don't you get maintenance anyway?

lozzawoo · 30/01/2005 20:44

he says he hasnt got maintenance to give and I am too soft and the reason why I dont want him to have access is because he always lets him down.
