can someone tell me what rights/options are for someone who isn't married but has lived with partner 15 years, 3 kids, mortgage but only in partners name and doesn't work. If splitting up does this mean the only option is to get rented accomadation and benefits and couldn't get them if they could stay in family home and get partner to leave???
