Feeling worthless

Any advice on how to stop feeling worthless as a single mum and that no man would ever be interested in me? Realistically I know some single mums do meet new partners but I feel that will never happen for me now.

Hi my friend who is 40 with three kids found a nice boyfriend with one kid last year .

But my main tip is to decentre men and find other ways to build your self esteem and find your ‘worth’ I define my worth based on my own values not on random men’s opinions

Thanks all, I know I need to work on things a bit to stop feeling like this, I guess it’s hard as I use to get lots of male attention before children now I never do so maybe thats added to it? I know other women meet partners i just find it hard to believe it will happen for me.
