Cutting long story short, ex took me to court for access to the children, CAFCASS involved and recommending non contact. Ex has children bonds, do I contact him to get them or forget about it?

Can you get someone to contact him on your behalf?
A friend / family member / lawyer even?

How much are they worth?

I would do it through a solicitor, personally, but not sure how much that would cost and whether it would be viable?

Guess solicitor way to go. Bonds about £4K each.
