hi- my husband left me yesterday and we have a 2 year old little girl and I am completey deversated - he says he is having a nervous breakdown - he has a very stress full job own his own estate agent, which is suffering in the current climate - he swears and promises me there is no one else and I do really believe that, but I am soo scared and cant stop crying and feeling sick and desperate to see him - he says he loves me, but not sure how he does and that he needs time to think about stuff as he doesnt now how he feels - We have a very trying little girl and he finds her very stressful - any advice? x

not sure where he is staying - just said he needs time to think about things as he is not sure how he feels - says he doesnt feel like him - we had no argument and never saw it coming - I asked if he as having a breakdown to which he said he thinks so as he cant stop crying! all my friends and family have been a great help to me - we chatted via email and he says he loves me very much but is confused about everything as he feels unhappy and doesnt know why?? I have suffered with depression since having my little girl, but I know I love him and cant bear the thought of being on my own as I miss him so much already! just want him to come home so as I can help him through it! but I am scared he wont come back and I wont be able to cope as I feel so sick already and desperate to see him!!

Have you told his family ?
Someone needs to know where he is staying ?

TRy and be strong - you will cope but you need to find out what is going on - he is not being fair on you at all.

Yes it may be a stressful job but what about the stress he is now heaping on you.

There could still be someone else though - they never admit it even if there is anywyay.

However bad it gets make sure he takes responsibility for you lo too

Yes he must tell you or someone where he is at least.
Dont be afraid to tell his family also.

i have spoken to his brother and he has had contact with him - i am staying with my sister so told him to go home but not sure if he will - just concerened he is having a breakdown and might do something silly
