Need to rant about my mum...............

I have been so fed up all week. I have 2 children, mum has 2 children. I looked after mum's girls tonight as her and step dad went away yesterday to the good food show so she asked me to have them after school. I said yes but could they be back by about 6 as she lives 40 mins away and wanted to get mine into bed and have a sit down. They turned up at 7.30pm! The 6 yr old got grumpy and started crying just as they walked in the door and then kicked off big time. She had an assemberly today and mum missed it because they stayed up there. She keeps putting pressure on me to look after her children.

Me on the other hand am completely different. We are going away (our first night away from girls) next month, I have arranged for my friend's nanny to have them but my main priority on the sun will be to get back to them when we are up.

Sorry just need to rant because I feel it's just always about her.

If you have something to say to her, say it kindly and honestly, S&C. It is very hard to accept criticism, but sometimes we need to be told when we are letting some of our children down (assembly) and taking the pee out of the others (you). Be prepared for a rant, I suppose, but you are entitled to be upset that she didn't show you the same consideration you showed her.
