Right, I am going to give this marriage another try -
I have read a number of books about the affair and why it has happened...
What I need now is a book about rebuilding a relationship/marriage. How to make things better...
Can anyone suggest one?
Thanks

For my wedding one of my friends bought me "The Best Kept Secret" by Janet Reibstein. It's not about rebuilding a relationship as such, but it focuses on relationships that work well and why they have been successful. She has interviewed 200 couples to try to work out why they have stayed together and why their relationship has lasted even through difficult circumstances, including infidelity.

Good luck!

'Divorce Busting' by Michele Weiner-Davies is a good one. It shows you how to focus on solutions not problems. In fact, all of her books are good.

I actually remembered buying a book which was titled something like I love you but I'm not in love with you and explained how you can rewind or prevent 'falling out of love' and keep your relationship/marriage happy and fulfilling.

See if you can google it or find it on Amazon. I bought it in the US.

I have divorce busting if you want it, personally I didn't find it useful at all, the best one for me was "I love you but I'm not in love with you" written by a relate counsellor (can't remember his name but do a search on amazon) my dh is infact reading it and has found it very useful.

I might have a look at the best kept secret tho i have a thing for self help books
