The thing that shocked me most was the young girl who was allowed to have an abortion at 23 weeks

I am not in favour of abortion personally, although when you take each case individually it is hard not to feel compassion for the people involved.

But to me it just seemed wrong that this poor girl would have had to give birth to a fully formed baby. She seemed quite affected by what she had been through, and it makes me sad for her future.

Sorry I am sure this subject has been covered many times, it wasnt the fact of the abortions as much as imagining the effect this would have had on such a young and seeminlgy sensitive women...........

It did not go into details, she seemed very sad about it. Oh I don't know, I just kind of think if you are very young and vulnerable then its probably no worse(probably ultimately much better) to continue with a pregnancy with lots of support than to face the horrors of a late abortion. I just felt sorry for her.
