My husband and I are on the verge of splitting - maybe forever
If we do can anyone tell me what I am legally entitled to.

We have a 4mth old baby and I thought he had to support us and pay towards the mortgage he thinks not. I can't find anything on the internet and can't get to CAB this week but really need to know where I stand before i talk to him.

Does he have to help with the mortgage as well as child maintenece?

it deends on a myriad of factors such as length otime together, primary carer,do you work, does he work, have you sacrificed career advancment in favour of investing in the relationship who's house the name is in and many many more.
even then there are no set rules under each of these vry broad headings (and that is all they are to give you a brief idea of the factors involved.)
get yourself a solicitor and they will advise you as to the best course of action and your possible entitlments.

There are no set rules that say he has to pay the mortgage. The csa will want him to pay 15% of his wage towards his child, but it will all depend on your divorce - if you have one..
