AIBU to be upset that my husband wants to go to Hooters

Am I wrong to feel angry? Him and his football friends are all in their 40’s, early 50s and the thought of him gawping at all the girls upsets me. In my own opinion I think the intention is still the same as if he were to go somewhere and pay someone to take their clothes off lol.
He says he wants to go just for the “food and drink” and nothing else 🤨 yeah right!
I have spoken to him about it and told him how much it would upset me going there and he said he would go and find a Wetherspoons on his own 🤣🤣 but I don’t really believe that and think he is just saying that to make me quiet.
Am I being unreasonable?

@TeenLifeMum if they mainly have female staff in tight clothing that surely is misogynistic. There is no other reason for it

Edited

Why is it misogynistic to employ attractive waitresses who dress sexy?

Most restaurants do.

Humans tend to like looking at attractive people.

If Jason Momoa walks by me in a tight shirt I'm going look damn hard.

I met Angelina Jolie once and she was so gorgeous I almost choked on my own tongue. I wish I were kidding. Lol

@Josette77 most restaurants I go to employ staff who can do their job not based on their looks. I thought we had moved in as a civilised society, obviously not

Josette77 · 30/03/2024 01:21

Nope. Many restaurants still want to employ attractive servers.

Can people stop calling the waiting staff 'girls'? They are women. Girls are children.

Ooh look a waitress with a skimpy outfit on..
He needs to grow up.
