How do I delete my posts and replies etc?

My husband wants to read some comments on here for himself (I think he thinks I've made them up) - but I don't want him privy to my own personal thoughts as written to some of you on here.

You need to click the red ! on the posts you want deleted I think. MNHQ have to do it.

Click the red exclamation mark in the post header and write in the box to MNHQ that you want all of your posts deleted.

Click the red exclamation mark button to the right hand side, but your post will read: 'Message deletd at poster's request' or similar.

Why on earth do MumsNet make it so difficult to delete our own posts. We have every right to delete the content we wish to delete. Most forums add a Trash icon next to each post. You will only see this icon, if you published this post.
Why make it so hard to delete stuff?
Plus, why does the Edit button get removed after about 10 minutes?
Come on MumsNet. Get with the program! 🤷‍♀️

You could just change your username and then he won’t see the older posts associated with your new login
