Help found out I am 8 Weeks pregnant split with DB/F 6 weeks ago

Help just returned from my routine hospital appointment to have discovered I am 8 weeks pregnant oh shit. I am in shock dont know what to do. It was a complete accident. Shock & scared please help these things shouldn't happen when your 34 & have 2DS (13 & 10)

I am not with my DB/F as more have done a previous thread. Sorry for rambling in complete shock

Unplanned pregnancy is always a big shock. You're still in the early stages and have choices, you just need to think hard about how you feel about it.

Good luck - either option is a hard one. I know how you feel as I was in the same situation about 9 months ago and found it devastating to be in that situation but ended up making a decision that I am very happy with now

I think it really depends on your relationship with him. I guess the split was fairly recent if you've been sleeping with him? Can you talk to your Mum or a close friend about it? See what they suggest as they probably know the situation but have enough distance to offer an opinion.
