Anger Management

DH has finally agreed that he would like to see somebody about his anger and temper.

Who do we need to contact first and foremost? The GP? I was seeing a pyschologist from Marie Curie a while back, would it be worth contacting her?

Ive never done this before so not sure where to start.

Thanks!

Or have a look on the internet - theres loads of info on there, and you may very well find someone or an organisation near you that does it.
Type in "Anger Management" + (your nearest town) into Google.
