Dating match with colleague

So tonight I matched on dating site with a work colleague, do I ignore it or message him. He’s very shy in real life so I don’t want it to be super awkward next time we are in work.

@guineacup I didn’t realise it was him and quickly swiped then when it said I had a match I opened the profile and realised
