Cheated on in dating stages

Been dating a guy for 7 weeks, he said we were exclusive found out night he's seeing someone else.... he isn't interested in me for more than sex is he

He said you were exclusive but, he didn't behave as such. So what he's done is made sure you're exclusive to him but he continues doing what he wants without your knowledge. Thats out of order. Get rid of him, block and delete. Theres better out there for you x
