In love but in a long distance relationship

Hi all,
Feeling quite low right now. Have been dating for 5 months and every moment has been pure joy. We get on well, have a similar sense of humour and message/call each day.

Sadly though we are both finding the set up difficult. We meet every couple of weeks, sometimes staying together the night. However, it is difficult to then say goodbye knowing we'll be separated for a while.

Should we continue on or break up? Remain as friends or clean break? We're both unsure

Are you able to move close together in the foreseeable future?

How far away?

I wouldn't give up all my life to move to be closer to a guy I've known for 5 months at all. It's a huge risk. You'd have to start from scratch, work, building up a social life. But then I'm old....

Incidentally, I've been in a LDR for a lot longer. Not even in the same country. It suits me, but then we are both solo parents. Kids grown up now.
I've no desire to live with anyone again.
