Are the women who date/marry sexist/misogynistic men, also misogynistic themselves?

Just wondering this on a tuesday evening.
Why else would they put up with it?

Years of patriarchal conditioning and abuse and quite possibly internalised misogyny they aren’t even aware of.

The system is utterly broken, so yes you may be into something here.

@Fuckthatguy
I can see that.
Funnily enough, I was talking with two friends of mine (women) and they both said that man being homophobic and racist are dealbreakers.
But the thing is one of them specially has always dated quite sexist men, they don’t even try to hide it.
Amazing how little awereness and self-protection this person has.

Ps. Fuck that guy, indeed :)

Nope. Grew up in a home where emotional and physical abuse was the norm. Then as this was normal to me I married one too. Realised, educated myself and I am staying single.
