would you find it bad manners if a guy stopped mid sex to go and have a cigarette?

Would you find it bad manners if you and your partner were out for dinner and they asked to go for a smoke mid way through the meal, leaving you there alone?

Yes - bad manners and a very bad habit

Both are revolting. I went out with a friend the other evening and she went for a smoke mid meal leaving me sitting alone. She did invite me to join her but why would I leave my lovely meal to go cold so I could stand in a drink cloud chatting. Won't be in a hurry to go out with her again sadly.

Smoking is revolting, and I wouldn't touch a smoker with a bargepole.

Leaving that aside, leaving either a shag or your dinner to go off and do something else is very bad manners.

Cigarette after dinner, before pudding etc., I wouldn’t mind.
