My sister and I

I think I've blown it out of the water with my sister. After years. She's always been the favourite and very reliant on them. Even when she met a well off man she still relied on them for anything she needed. I , younger daughter, lived 2 hours away and didn;t rely on them at all.
A few years ago I moved to be closer to them. Since then it has been chaos with my sister and I.
SHe thinks our parents are fine in their house and I don't.
It's not gone well.
She's accused me of " illegally getting a valuation of mum and dads house" - even though I I did it after I asked and mum said Yes but she didn't want them in the house. So I got 2 REA to take some photos from outsidee and then get back to me. Then rang mum with the results.
My mum and dad have both lost their driving licence just recently, but my sister insists they are fine.
I want them to move into my house or my sisters "spare " house that has been empty for 10 years but is 5 minutes from her place and my place.
What do people do when their parents lose their driving licence and also can barely walk 10 metres??????

I guess I'm asking what to do.
I've just had a shouting match with my sister via text and that is obviously not helpful. No idea
