I work in the nursery where my son goes so it makes sense that I still take him in when DH isn't well. I take him in the rest of the time too.
Recently I brought up that it's unfair that when I'm unwell DH doesn't take him to nursery. DH said that next time I'm ill he will take DS to nursery.
Today I feel awful. Temperature, sore throat, headache, feel dizzy so I said I will have tomorrow morning off work unless I feel better tomorrow. I asked DH I'd he could take DS to nursery tomorrow but no of course he can't.
It just pisses me off. Why say he'll do it if he won't. I feel like saying that next time he's ill I'll leave DS at home. I know people will say just take it easy on the sofa but my 2 year old won't want to take it easy.
Sometimes he annoys me beyond belief.

If you don’t take him will your husband really refuse and leave him with you? What’s his reason? He sounds crap. He won’t change if you keep tolerating him being crap.

Hope you feel better soon.
