Hi, sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place, never done this before.

Can anyone tell me their experiences of Women's Aid & how they can help you?
I'm in a bad marriage & it's hit me like a ton of bricks today that I can't live like this any longer, although not physically abusive his behaviour has become very controlling & emotionally I'm on my last nerve.
We have 2 kids at home, our son who has additional needs & my daughter from a previous relationship. They are starting to become affected by the atmosphere, nothing I ever do is good enough, I can't do anything right in his eyes. He's always ranting & shouting about something. Financially I've been completely dependant on him for years as I'm disabled & the house is his & nothing is in my name, I need to find a way out. I've read online Women's Aid can help but I'm unsure about what it is they will actually do. Thanks for reading of you got this far, any advice I would be very grateful for

You should really call them and talk to them and they will give you all the information you need. It is certain that you can't stay like this for your sake and for the children.
