My ex girlfriend is apparently with a new boyfriend, I am with a new person as well, but I'm still jealous to some extent, even though I think(or at least say to myself) that the break up was for the best.

However, if you keep on thinking about her this much that you feel the need to talk about it on here, i’d make sure you are ready to move on before going further into the relationship with your new girlfriend, don’t break her heart

Other than that, no. You're a human with feelings, and if you can't tell your new partner about your feelings for your ex, it might be an idea to consider being single for a while.
