I was hoping for some advice on what is becoming a difficult relationship with my partner, he seems to be changing towards me this has been going on for a while, but it's getting worse, he picks on me as soon as l get out of bed on a morning, constantly through the day, we can't even go out for a walk, if l say anything back to him, he says it's because of the way l speak to him, l get back what I'm giving, but l don't do anything, l snap at him because he is constantly nit picking at every thing, if lm watching a program on the, he says lm ignorant because l don't answer him straight away, l feel this is impacting on my mental health, he just tells me to man up and be more like him, l just need someone to talk to

So make plans to not have him in your life.

It's not your job to change him all you can do is take ownership of yourself and say "no more"
