Abuse?

Tonight my husband kicked. Few things left out in sitting room. Saying place was a tip etc (like I don't work full time like him)

So then I went into his room and started taking things off shelves mainly
Lego.

He grabbed both my arms and twisted them till I was on my knees in pain.

Is this abuse? Or just getting carried away?

Inkblue · 07/04/2023 00:11

It’s abuse. Is there anywhere safe you can go for the night?

Ozzielass · 07/04/2023 00:35

Yes, he has escalated to physical abuse .

my penny dropped moment was seeing someone say ‘if you have to ask, it is abuse…’

are you ok now OP?

have you got anywhere else to go?

Zanatdy · 07/04/2023 02:16

Are you okay OP? Where is he now in relation to you? How did it end?

AgrathaChristie · 07/04/2023 07:54

As pp have all said it’s abuse.
Bruising may well come out in your arms today so make sure it’s photographed. Start thinking about whether you ant to stay with someone who’ll physically hurt you over a but if untidiness that he thought he was above sorting.
