I absolutely need legal aid right now otherwise I'm pretty screwed. Court hearing coming up in a month. Schedule of allegations needs doing - then a lot more work. I'm not self repping against abusive ex so please don't suggest that.
I thought I was all good to go but without the legal aid agency knowing exactly how much is left on the family home mortgage (I'm in refuge), they will not accept my application. The mortgage is in his name only so I don't have any paperwork and the mortgage company won't tell me the balance.
Wtf do I do?!
