My parents are very religious and conservative. Told me I was gong to hell when they find out I was having sex when I was 18, etc.
I'm 36 now and have been seeing someone for 9 months who my parents have refused to meet until now, they will meet at my bday party this week.
Amyway, a few days ago, my dad approached my ex (separated 2+ years) and asked him if we were still married. Ex confirmed that we are still legally married. My dad then asked him "do you think it's good for [12yo dc]?"
This is way out of line in every single way right? I'm perfectly right to feel violated by these questions, right?
