Should I be annoyed

Hi everyone ,

Me and my husband said we would go out today together and make a day of it and go for a hike . We have both been working really hard 75 plus hours a week and we wanted to spend some quality time together out of the house (I work from home ) . We said up at 9 jobs done for 10 out for 11 , I accidentally fell back to sleep , he got up and when I woke up he was ready and said he was going to get his hair cut. I assumed due to falling back to sleep we would just sack the jobs off and stick to our original plan . But it's now nearly one and he's still not back from getting his hair cut . Should I be annoyed that he dumped a 2 hour plan into our day out that is now going to just be an afternoon out... if I can even be bothered now . I feel annoyed

well, I suspect the loss of an hour has probably impacted on both of you, and your plans, so I wouldn't be annoyed particularly, just enjoy what time you have left

As long as you're annoyed with yourself as well as him I guess 🤷

Not the best day to plan this when an hour has already been lost to the clock change.

Sack it off for today and go for a pub lunch instead

Sounds like he was annoyed you didn’t get up. You have both messed up the plans, I would just forget about it and try to enjoy the afternoon.

I think I'm being grumpy because I've been stuck in all week and feel like I haven't done anything exciting in weeks due to a viral infection. I'm bloody shattered too. We've made friends and sacked of off for a local dog walk and some lunch .
