Anyone else finding it hard to adjust long after divorce?

I'm just wondering how common it is - or not, to be ultra-slow adjusting to life after divorce? I'm 7yrs on now but it still feels like it ended about 10 months ago. I've done a ton of therapy to clear out the marriage issues and I'm competent at life admin (he used to do all of that). I've even had a few bf's and a proposal since (I said no). Is it a mid-life thing because I'm the age you'd usually be settled? I don't pine for another relationship just now. I'm not depressed and I have friends and interests. I suppose I'm querying what this new time of life is?
