Positive test - tell partner?

He doesn't have children. I have one. I don't really want another child but am not sure I can handle an abortion.

I just got a positive test. My period is only a day or two late.

Not sure if I should tell him. I'm so confused.

He immediately hugged me and asked what I want to do, then said he will fully support me in whatever choice I make

oh, really pleased to read this - now you can decide together

Aww, finally a thread with a happy ending.

I know this isn’t the ideal situation but talking to him is probably the best thing you could do for your relationship…… if I was a man and found our my partner had an abortion without letting me know she was pregnant I think I’d be quite hurt that they didn’t feel comfortable talking to me, I’d question the trust and I think that would damage the relationship quite a lot.
