Aware of an affair, would you do something?

So myself and some colleagues are aware that 2 of our other colleagues are having an affair. One is 18 and the other is almost 30. The older one is in a relationship and has been for a long time. It makes us all uncomfortable and not sure what to do (if anything at all).

Talk to HR.

Maybe tell the HR ... if its safe for you . If not then try to move on .

At work, it doesn't affect your work, and you don't know their partner? Do nothing.

I have an 18yo and would be so upset to find a 30yo preying on them. Particularly a 30yo who was already in a relationship.
