Anyone got any good advice for sleeping in the same bed as a snorer.

To be fair he is doing what he can, wears nose strips and Something in his mouth which do make a difference

Has tried nose clips and a snoring pillow which were useless

But recently every night we sleep together one of us ends up changing beds (we don't live together so this is not ideal!!)

Anyone tried any good ear plugs / earphones.

I'll try anything! (He isn't particularly that loud, I am a light sleeper!)

I sympathise, OP, I couldn’t bear to sleep apart from DH! He was only slightly overweight but used to snore badly. The sleep-clinic doctor recommended sewing a tennis ball into the back of a pyjama jacket, which helped by stopping him rolling onto his back. But the big result was when he lost a few kilos and stopped snoring at all. Best of luck.

Be thankful you have a spare bedroom to escape to.

It's amazing people are willing to be in a relationship with a snorer. I would run a mile to ensure I have a lifetime of good sleep.

Loop earplugs have saved my relationship AND sanity!!

Started 9 years in for me! But I agree, if I'd just started seeing someone and I couldn't sleep it would be a deal breaker.

A pillow over the face helps.

My husband has turned into a snorer and I've taken to sleeping on the sofa when it gets too much.

I really wanted these to work but they don't for me.
