No, I know you are not my Mum but you are the Father of my little kids who can't do a card or pressie so get a grip and do it for them!!! It's not hard.

I gave up on expecting anyone else to organise it years ago. Men are just too useless and lazy for words. (sorry but that's the truth.)

Now ds & I go out together, choose something nice together, he buys a card, we go for coffee & cake.

This year, some plants for the garden, which I will plant tomorrow. It won't have even crossed ex's mind.
