Sorry for being dramatic but I’m looking for a nice 4/5* family resort in Devon or Dorset near a beach?

there seems to be nice and expensive hotels or air bnbs but with not a lot going for kids or cheaper but a bit tired looking with more stuff to do for kids. Yes we’ve been to
centre parcs a lot but it’s so busy and expensive now.

we don’t want to go abroad but we also don’t want glampling / caravan etc as we need more space due to mobility issues.

is there any where in the UK ‘as nice’ as a good resort in Greece or Turkey etc ?

any suggestions please 😀

Piran meadows resort and spa in Cornwall is nice, more upmarket than a Haven , lovely lodges, plenty for children and a spa

Potters in Norfolk sounds suitable as a back up if you can't find anything in Devon.

Warmwell near Dorchester has good facilities for children. And it's in a lovely setting.

Google Darwin Escapes. Think it’s the posh arm of Hoseasons. We’ve had some great breaks in those but they aren’t always busy resort type places.

You need Ladram Bay in Devon. Family run, stunning holiday park on the beach. Amazing restaurant with heavenly food, stunning views and walks. Lots of children's entertainment and plenty to do on site and locally.

I've recommended it to lots of people who have been back time and time again.
